One of the leading entertainment companies specializing in mobile content and ringtones, Thumbplay came to us to help them develop a custom ringtone application. They wanted to allow users to take their favorite MP3 file, load it, select a section of the track and then publish it as a personalized ringtone. We loved the idea.
Ultimately, we created an application that was rapidly adopted by emerging artists. The artists found the tool to be an easy way to list their music in the Thumbplay store, and consumers loved the ability to get unique ringtone content from up-and-coming artists that wasn’t available anywhere else.
